Difficulty using under ubuntu

Greetings, congratulations on the manuscript published in Frontiers of Microbiology.
I've been trying to use the standalone version of cano-wgMLST for a week to no avail. I tried using the .ova file with Vmware player 3.0.0 and it flags an issue saying " a critical component is missing".

I also tried to compile under Ubuntu 18.04 is it possible as several packages are installed through yum ?

Finally, I would like to know how (and if is possible) to integrate an external wgMLST schema to analyze with Dendroplotter.pl and Lociextractor.pl ?

I built a docker image for this pipeline. You can pull it from here: https://hub.docker.com/r/abedkurdi/cano_wgmlst.

It can be used using the following command:
docker run -it -v cano-wgMLST/sample_run/:/data/ cano_wgmlst sample_run.sh /data/contigFiles/ /data/ 40
