Changing a broker output name cause segfault

Centreon Engine version: centreon-engine-18.10.0-4 / centreon-engine-daemon-1.8.1-1

Centreon Broker version: centreon-broker-cbd-18.10.1-1 / centreon-broker-cbd-3.0.14-1

OS: CentOS 7

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Change one of an existing broker output name
2. Generate, move and reload or restart the configuration

Describe the results you received:
Broker segfault because it's only reloaded

Describe the results you expected:
No segfault

Maybe we could restart broker instead of just reload it when such a modification is done.
