Remove the alphav1 CRD from the yaml files (deployment/helm charts etc)

Currently the yaml contains both the alphav1 and the v1 CRD. We have kept the alphav1 API to only support the backward compatibility , Having both yamls will occupy more lines. How about updating the yamls to ship only v1 API's not both?

The manifests are autogenerated. We can only remove them once we stop supporting the older APIs. Without us shipping the older APIs, the conversion will break.

We do have plans to retire v1alpha1 in the future. This can be addressed then..
