update external-snapshot-metadata/client library version to v0.1.0

Can you please update this as well to use released version

The released version v0.1.0 of github.com/kubernetes-csi/external-snapshot-metadata is available. However, it currently does not include the /client package:

$ go get -u github.com/kubernetes-csi/external-snapshot-metadata/client@v0.1.0
go: module github.com/kubernetes-csi/external-snapshot-metadata@v0.1.0 found, but does not contain package github.com/kubernetes-csi/external-snapshot-metadata/client

For now, can we add a tracker issue to follow up on this? We can update the dependency to the released version once the /client package is included

Can we please open a tracker here and also in the sidecar repo to do client release as well.
