Prevent from deleting or renaming an rbd image that is being used for a namespace #1460
Description
If someone makes a mistake, and rename a RB image that is being used for a namespace, it might cause LOA to this namespace. Maybe we can do something to prevent it. We might need to consult with the RBD team.
