Make Oblectamenta available in state machine actions

Oblectamenta-VM language serves as the default 'vitual machine language' and also as the intermediate representation from which real machine code, e.g. x86/ARM/PTX, is generated. State machines should be enabled to execute Oblectamenta code in actions and guards.
