Feature : Add Discord Alerts

Hi everyone!

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the alerting system, I propose adding Discord alerts for login anomalies. Currently, the project supports alerts via Telegram, Slack, Email, and Pushover. Adding Discord as another notification channel would provide users with more flexibility and options for receiving real-time alerts.

Why Discord?

• Discord is widely used for team communication and real-time notifications.
• It offers a robust API for sending messages to channels or users.
• Many users already use Discord for monitoring and alerting purposes.
