aarch64 support?

I noticed that there's no libdwarf.so built for aarch64 while running https://github.com/cesena/ghidra2dwarf in a headless workflow on a developer aarch64 machine (Docker running on an Apple Silicon M1).

I assume we'd need to use qemu to make this work with GitHub actions: https://stackoverflow.com/a/70312558/2079814
