The exported Kitti file is 2D and the box is 0

Describe the bug

I read the issue in [#77](#77) and I download the kitti_10.zip in this issue . when i use his calibration file ,I found that the exported Kitti file is 2D and the box is 0. like this :Pedestrian 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1.08 0.55 0.75 -2.8441672 1.01074455 1.73748055 1.57079633
Pedestrian 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1.92 0.55 0.75 -4.47507608 1.7207438 0.92612885 1.57079633
Pedestrian 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0.15 0.55 0.75 -10.26791086 -0.51667858 -12.88988729 1.57079633.
How can i resolve it ? I read the kitti.py. I can't find I didn't find the calculation process for the 2D box. If I missed it, could you please point out where it is and tell me how to fix it?
