Need an option to keep retry for certain time instead of exit immediately.

I'm using Arduino to trigger bootloader entry then use WCHISP to flash the target chip (CH573). It work fine on Mac, but not on Windows as Windows is slow in connecting USB device, the WCHISP will throw a not found device error.
Such issue can be solved by adding a parameter for WCHISP to keep trying for 2~3 seconds to connect to device on Windows.

If you run the application as an expert in customize script, yes.
To integrate with Arduino for novice user, this need to be simple.
