map dataset to jensendata grouping

In order to create grouping of additional annotation deposition since we will create one deposition id per group

@manasaV3 made deposition_dataset.json (for phase 2. Not sure if you need that), and phase3_deposition_dataset.json. Utz said he will look for the cross_references.
