Certain filters bubbles are hoover over shade of dark blue instead of light blue #1938

Describe the bug
The following deposition filters are automatically a dark shade of blue instead of the default light shade of blue:
Author Name,
Author Orcid Id,
Deposition Id
Env: Staging
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'All Depositions' page
- Filter by the following (Author Name, Author Orcid Id, Deposition Id)
- Note the blue bubbles after the filtered results
