Table Rendering via lipgloss

Hi, thanks for the great library!

I also would like the feature Style table rows / cells individually feature and the last update I see says:

[...] I'll save it for a future release when we replace table's rendering with lipgloss.Table.

I'd like to contribute this fix. Are there going to be API changes for this, or will the changes only be behind the scenes? If so, do you have a specific idea as to how the API would look?

It adds SetStyleFunc(). Is that what you had in mind? Do you prefer to

1. keep bubbles table formatting the way it is (do most formatting via SetStyles and SetStyleFunc), and map the formatting from bubbles to lipgloss (as is done in the draft), or
2. change bubbles table to look like lipgloss table formatting (BorderTop, etc)?
