v2 Alpha is back! (with Lip Gloss v2)

The latest v2-alpha.2 Bubble Tea release pairs with the Lip Gloss v2-alpha.2 and Bubbles v2-alpha.2. The examples work with this new version of Lip Gloss that improves how they share IO, among other things.
