Sunsetting Lambda Inference provider

Lambda has discontinued the public Inference service. See https://lambda.ai/inference

From the announcement email:

On September 25, 2025 the Lambda Inference API will no longer be accessible or usable.

I am submitting PR 79 to remove it from Catwalk.
