Deepseek API is now defaulting to V3.2 which has a different pricing: https://api-docs.deepseek.com/quick_start/pricing
Input/Output/Cache: 0.28/0.42/0.028.
I can create a PR, but not sure what the cost_per_1m_out_cached is for, as even right now the pricing should be 2x more, but it's showing at least 10x more sometimes, I assume it's because of this. Maybe it should be 0?
