Don't make username and password mandatory for SMTP #136

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The credentials for SMTP are not needed if using a local server. This is widely used at universities to send automated emails without needing credentials to log in. While it is a security risk, in such environments, it hasn't been abused much to my knowledge.

Describe the solution you'd like
Don't make the username and password mandatory for the pop to run. Or make a flag/variable which allows to start pop without the credentials.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using blanks or spaces didn't work, as pop filters such values.
