Deny TUI if key is not known

I don't think it's a huge problem, more of a nice to have it possible to deny TUI access is the ssh key is not known. Like is already possible to deny keyless and anon connections.

Hey @jthorpe6, yes, you can achieve that by changing allow-keyless and anon-access server settings. https://github.com/charmbracelet/soft-serve#authentication

I'm not 100% sure if this feature works as intended currently.

My server is setup as

$ ssh soft settings allow-keyless
false
$ ssh soft settings anon-access
no-access

But still, if I try to connect to the machine on a computer that has unauthorized keys, it still loads up the TUI

I am not able to see the repos, but I am able to read the about page.
