🧩 Description

In Chatwoot Mobile Apps (Android and iOS), there is a global synchronization issue affecting the Conversation Actions section.

Updates made by agents – whether from the web app or another mobile device – are not reflected in real time on mobile apps.
The Conversation Actions panel on mobile does not refresh automatically and continues to show outdated information until the app is manually refreshed or the conversation is reopened.

This affects all fields within the section, such as:

  • assigned team (Team),
  • priority (Priority),
  • labels (Labels),
  • contact name and contact details (Contact Name / Details),
  • etc.

The issue is global and causes data inconsistency between agents.
Multiple agents may see different states of the same conversation, leading to incorrect or conflicting actions.

Changes made by any agent are not reflected in mobile apps.
Conversation Actions remain outdated until the agent manually refreshes the app or reopens the conversation.
