docs: CI/CD GitHub action, unable to cache node_modules on deployment_status event #1000

What is the improvement or update you wish to see?
The actions/cache@v3 not working with deployment_status. Because of this: Warning: Event Validation Error: The event type deployment_status is not supported because it's not tied to a branch or tag ref.
Can you provide another way to cache the node_modules ?
Is there any context that might help us understand?
In a GitHub Action, when try to restore or cache node_modules following the code example.
