No signa kind selection - NMRRange versus Signal1D and kind

We have an issue with this spectrum:

spectra_nmr_LRIS003_crude1.10.efd90f60.jdx.zip

If you zoom at around 1.58 you will sometime not get the possibility to select the kind.

If you copy this line we see that there is no signal and I guess this probably explains we have no kind select menu.

Currently both Signal1D and NMRrange do have the property 'kind'.
