能否增加选择运营商网络的代码

gifgaff卡必须手动选择中国移动 2G网络才能正常入网，以前刚开始可以自动选择，最近不知道怎么在780E上就不行了，插在手机里运营商手动选择中国移动 2G可以正常入网和收到短信。780E我也用移动卡测试过依然可以正常收短信并转发到企业微信，所以giffgaff卡和780E的配置都是正常的。

在脚本里写死网络运营商和自动两种选择吧，让国外卡可以使用，好多外国卡在国内用似乎都有这个问题。

我印象里没有公开手动选基站的指令吧，手册里没写 而且现在基站光看编号貌似也判断不出来是哪家的
