Event RSS feed does not include satellite events

The event RSS feed is only using the "events" category so it excludes satellite events which use "satellite" category.

We'd need to pull both categories to resolve this. Looks like Jekyll would support querying the posts this way: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23050938/jekyll-get-all-posts-that-are-in-multiple-categories
