Remove refrences to Flickr

We have 'Have a photo of this event? Upload it to Flickr and tag it with chihacknight560' on each page, but there are no entries on that site.

There are some under chihacknight...we could encourage folks to do this, but it may just be taking up extra space on the event description at this point

There are pictures from the earlier days with event tags. For example https://www.flickr.com/photos/tags/chihacknight54. I'm not sure if folks still use flickr, but if we are going to encourage members to take photos or anything like that, we could keep it.

I forgot about this feature! It was cool when we used it. I used to tag a lot of photos from our events: https://www.flickr.com/photos/tags/chihacknight

The service is not as popular as it once was, though. I like the idea of using a service like this to document our events. I'm open to alternatives if there are better more popular ones.
