Add ability to pipe an object to a wait method

Some methods have a `-Wait` option which will cause the method to wait for the requested action to complete.

It would be nice to be able to do that with _existing_ resources, not just at the time of creating a resource

## Examples

`pipeline -latest | wait`

`mr | wait`
