Cannot connect to the sql instance

Hello,

after setting up and configuring with strong password like: My_str0ng-p@ssword-1234@ I am not able to connect to the sql server running in the container. I get this message:

A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - Istniejące połączenie zostało gwałtownie zamknięte przez zdalnego hosta.) (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 10054)

It does not matter if I try to connect from Visual Studio or SSMS - no success
