I've never seen this new cloudflare captcha before, but I don't think there is any one specific thing that can be done to pass filters like this. Your browser must behave like if a human is controlling it.

idk WHY or how the f cloudflare is detecting it, but setting headless=false seems to fix it

$browserFactory->createBrowser([
    'headless' => false

requires a display (or Xvfb emulated display) available to use headful though, and getting it to work inside docker containers is painful, just so you're warned.
