NOT a programmer. How do you download and use this?

As the title says, I am not a programmer and don't know how Github works. However, DRM software is a PAIN IN THE ASS (especially when something you "bought" fair and square has restrictions placed on it). Can somebody explain to me how to download this project and start putting it to use?

You can find the usage instructions in the README file of this project. It's pretty straightforward, offers examples, and is very verbose. It's recommended you read it more than once.

Why would you buy software? Unless it's a Chrome CDM API or something akin to that, and even then trusted sellers are few in number. Like count them on one hand few. And you are more likely to get scammed than be given an actual product.
