Some months ago I created Infohound: https://github.com/Fundacio-i2CAT/InfoHound
Given a domain name it gathers a lot of information: emails, people, usernames, subdomains, registered services and more. All done by using passive analysis where also dorks have an important role. I have recently added a feature where you can export all the collected data to graphml so it can be visualized with yED or Gephi.
The tool is totally functional and more features will be added in the near future.
