It seems that assets, specifically domains, are not being correctly attributed to these 3 sub orgs. We must fix this issue so they can receive proper information in their PE reports/ASM summary

• Need to investigate the current state of these 3 sub-orgs in the database
• Determine where the issue is
• Fix issue and rectify improper asset attribution
• Take steps to prevent this from happening in the future
