Is it possible to offer an opion to "auto-refresh" the browser, when accessing zeek from the landing page? By default, you can't. You have to manually refresh based on a set time frame. If you are researching something, wouldn't you want or need an ability to enable an auto-refresh? Zeek is an analysis took which, I would assume, allows for auto refresh so you can watch trends over set periods of time? The default is 15 minutes. If there is an event on your network where Malcolm is deployed, it would be nice to have an ability to enable an auto-refresh for periods of time under say, 15 minutes for active investigation. Just a thought an enancement if it's doable? |

This is already possible in OpenSearch Dashboards, if I understand what you're asking about: In the quick select for the Dashboards search time frame widget, there's a "Refresh Every" setting at the bottom that can be started and stopped, which will automatically reload the current dashboard on that interval. It's not currently a feature in Arkime, however. For Arkime I've used a browser extension to do the same thing. |
