Finalize CRUD operation discovery

Issue description

In the discovery for CRUD operations-2873, we found that we have some follow on tasks that were best done by someone who has not spent a lot of time in the document before. The goal of this is to close of the discovery regarding Crud operations using the template made in #2998 and following the example set by #3000 . #2998, created a discovery template to make discovery more readable and #3000 applied this template to accounts and zones to serve as an example.

Acceptance criteria

• Copy the current CRUD discovery to this new tab in the technical discovery doc and adjust the format to now use the new template created in Documentation and template for technical discovery #2998
• Where possible condense the current discovery information using concise language and bullet points
• double check the data collected for each data type, including the responses to the CRUD operations, verify they are all documented accurately.
• After verifying the data needed for CRUD operations, double check the proposed options and update pros and cons
• Evaluate the current options provided and propose a new solution
• Adjust the miro database model diagram if needed.
