Outsourcing current-federal-non-dotgov.csv to the official list?

M-22-09 (pg. 19) requires CISA and GSA to maintain a list of non-.gov domains that agencies have registered. M-23-10 doubles down on this approach.

I have two questions for the maintainers:

1. Would you being interested in not maintaining current-federal-non-dotgov.csv but instead pulling from https://github.com/GSA/govt-urls (this file, or a future version of that file)?
2. If so, is there anything about the structure of the file you would want changed? (Note that it's unlikely to follow the same structure as current-federal-non-dotgov.csv.)

If not, that's ok.
