How to handle multi-turn conversation in mindmeld?

Say an intent can only happen after another one in a domain?  (cannot be the entering ones. )

another scenario: if we want to greet in two domain? how should we do it?

I didn't see how this is handled in mindmeld after a quick digest of the docs.
