Overview

Build a 'contact us' page

Action Items

  • Build a 'contact us' page according to Figma for small ,medium and large screens.
  • Use the information collected from form to create an issue on github.
  • The issue should be under 'Label'- Questions - Contact us
  • under projects - Prioritized backlog.
  • Update 'contact us' component to link to this form like for example -Share the CTI page, contributor's page and all relevant pages.

@maxskewes has built the form and will make a PR to upload. Someone else needs to connect the form using the Google API

This issue is being resolved under the branch: create-contact-page.

I have a PR up for the form on this issue #557. The form needs to be connected using the Google API

The form has been created as well as a new issue (#604) to connect the form.
