[Feature Request] Add basic image manipulation for obfuscation purposes

Hi,

First of all, thank you for making this project! I just hosted it on my lab a while ago and it has already come in handy a couple of times!

Just today though, I realized that if it had an obfuscation tool as well, it would basically be a complete replacement for almost all other image manipulation tools for me.

Nothing fancy, just something that can add a black bar on things would be enough I suppose.

That said, I do realize that it may be out of scope for this project, since this is more focused on image optimization rather than editing. Feel free to close this request if so. But if it isn't, then I'd love to see it.

Hi and thank you for the kind words, it's always appreciated to hear that the app is coming to good use!

The idea sounds interesting and goes hand-in-hand with the "privacy for everyday people"-part of the app.

I've worked on simple image editing tools before, so that part is not an issue, but I'll have to do some planning to see how I should piece everything together. E.g., feature request #1 might also need to be bundled together in the editor.
