[Feature Request] JPEG XL format support

JPEG XL it the best file format in terms of quality and file size balance. Unfortunately, MAZANOKE does not support .jxl compression.

An option to convert images to and from JXL. In general, .jxl format support.

Can not think of any.

I've been previously dabbling in implementing JXL file format support, but it hasn't been straightforward with the current app structure.

MAZANOKE uses the browser's Canvas API for decoding and encoding images, which makes it easy to compress file types that browsers already fully support today (like JPEG and PNG).

For JXL, it requires a specific compression method and would need an external library, like the one you linked. The ones I've found implement it using WASM, which doesn't easily fit with the current setup. While I'm not ruling this out, it would essentially mean requiring a web server to support WASM. Currently, the full feature set of MAZANOKE can run by simply opening up the index.html file, which is a frictionless setup I'm fond of (considering my intended target audience).

As a sidenote: this isn't advertised, but using FireFox, MAZANOKE can convert JXL to JPG, PNG, WebP, and ICO (but not the other way around).
