[enhancement] user can only select 'year' or 'year, month' or 'year, month, day' #247

add option views or other name for only select date.

arguments for new option(example: views):

year

user can only select year. it's a small change.

this image change to no next step. and toolbar only show year.

month

user can only select year and month, it's a small change too.

this image change to no next step. and toolbar only show year and month.

day

current design no change

more feature:

year range, month range
