@yigakpoa I think we need to create content for email, call, or letter that will be used by all partnership manager. This content could be modified (name of the recipient / what we offer and what we expect from them).
Emails could be professional?
Ex: Axelle@clentafrica.com

I think this is a great place to start @AxelleDongni . I’m thinking emails can be for country managers & when we expand further zonal leads can be added, else we might run out of “email space”. What do you think @yigakpoa ?
