Move docs from cljs-api-docs repo to the website.

I think we can get away with making a single view:

Some points:

search box should show live results, a la clojuredocs.org (missing in mockup)
category column on left should:
- highlight: current category/namespace
- on hover: show tooltip description
- on click: update symbol column
symbol column should:
- highlight: current symbol
- on hover: show tooltip description
- on click: update main doc pane
