What would you like to be enhanced
: NCP 홍콩 region 클라우드 서비스 종료가 예상되어, NCP Classic connection config 파일 등의 config 파일들의 보완이 요구됨.

Why is this needed
: MSP 사업자로부터 향후 NCP Classic 홍콩 region 클라우드 서비스가 종료될 예정이라고 안내되었음.(240710)

Proposed solution
: NCP Classic 관련 config 파일을 수정하여 향후 홍콩 region 서비스를 사용하지 않도록하고, 해당 연동 driver README에도 driver 기준 지원 region을 안내함.
