Enhancements for change view: compact + colum headers

First of all, love the project idea, it could go somehwere and be the spiritual successor of:
chrislewisdev/prettyplan-cli#6

While playing with it, I had a plan that would create resources with a lot of keys, the render isn't great. I tweaked the padding + margin + width:

I personally think it's more readable.
I know that in the case of a creation, the middle column isn't used. Thus best to fully use it. But to not lose readers it would be good to have column headers to just say: "key" | "from" | "to"
