Parsing from cli

Similar to https://github.com/chrislewisdev/prettyplan-cli I would like to run this programatically on a tf plan in a CI process. Then I could truncate to the rows bit that can be expended.

And hopefully, hopefuly, print this instead of a row plan text document on a PR.
