I followed a couple of the links from that page... they both ultimately lead to a choice of "Free for 6 months" or "Paid".

I'm not saying there is definitely nothing that is free forever (I didn't follow all the links), but I am saying that at least some of the so-called "Always Free" packages are just lying.
