Automate the update of azure_common_images.json file

Currently, the file azure_common_images.json is manually synced from the Azure REST API Specs.

When a new version of that file is available, this file should be fetched and committed into a development branch and a pull request needs to be created. Furthermore, this is a SemVer bump of the module version.

Beta Give feedback

1. Automate the process of fetching this file when a new version is available.
2. Automatically commit the updated file to a development branch.
3. Create a pull request for the update.

Additional requirements:

• Ensure this process triggers a Semantic Versioning (SemVer) bump for the module.
