Support for binding to local KV

Confirm this is a Go library issue and not an underlying Cloudflare API issue

• This is an issue with the Go library

Describe the bug

Would be fine to have a direct binding to localhost for KV storage, otherwise we need to implement proxy as worker which is then connected to local development golang app, which can't use the SDK
