Not able to setup azure datasource for azure

I've cloudforet setup on azure kubernetes service (AKS), it's running on sufficient CPU and Memory. I've setup the project (azure) collectors etc and it's working perfectly fine.

I want to work with Azure cost optimisation as well, for that reason i'm trying to configure azure datasource.
I'm using spacectl pod to run this yaml file: https://dev.to/choonho/cloudforet-enable-azure-billing-plugin-41ln

I'm getting this error while registorying this plugin using spacectl cli:
ERROR: version:1.1.12 of plugin-azure-cost-mgmt-cost-datasource does not exist

Context:

• my secret data values are fine and i verified it.
• I've installed cloudforet inside Azure kubernetes service (AKS).

Can anyone guide me to fix this error please?
