Disable silly random pet-name appended to database instances #271

Describe the Feature
I'm not sure why this is default and not something configurable. I do not want a random generated pet name applied to instance names. Why is this default and not configurable?
Expected Behavior
The random pet can be disabled and/or a custom suffix given.
Use Case
Control over my environment.
Describe Ideal Solution
Make the suffix configurable, default to random pet unless changed.
