AWS Macie Admin Account AutoEnable member account detection.
Expected Behavior
Sets Admin account configuration autoEnable to true
Use Case
As new accounts are added it would be nice to have to have the admin account auto detect these

Alternatives Considered
We could use an account map of id:email instead
