Provider should consider AWS_ENDPOINT_URL_<service> env vars #74

Hello,
The AWS CLI (and software based on it) now recognizes service endpoint environment variables in the format AWS_ENDPOINT_URL_<service> (e.g., AWS_ENDPOINT_URL_S3). For more details, see here. I believe this should be implemented for this provider as well to better align with the behavior of the standard AWS provider.
